Eligibility: Tattoo artists must be actively tattooing at the show to participate in the contest. Additionally, all tattoos submitted for Best of day/Best of show must be new and completed on the day of the contest.
Entry Fee: Each submission requires a $20 entry fee per category; all fees are non-refundable. Payment must be made at the time of registration.
Registration: Artists can sign up on the day of the show at the registration desk, which is located at the front of the venue. Registration for the tattoo contest will be open up till the event on select days.
Submission Guidelines: Artist may submit up to 1 tattoo in multiple categories. Entries must be by attending artists.
Judging Criteria: Entries will be judged based on creativity, technique, and overall presentation. Judges will be selected based on their expertise in the tattoo industry.
Photography and Promotion: By entering the contest, artists agree to allow their artwork to be photographed and used for promotional purposes by the event organizers.
Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally. Any form of harassment or misconduct may result in disqualification from the contest.
Health and PPE: All participants are expected to wear PPE Ie. a glove on at least one hand to clean and keep their tattoo sterile. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

What is the entry fee?
The entry fee is $20 for each submission into a category. This fee is non-refundable.
Can I submit multiple entries?
Yes, 1 design for up to 2 categories not including best of day
When is the deadline to submit a tattoo for a category?
Each category can be entered up to 30 minutes prior to the contest. After this time frame, its at the judges determination if a late entry exemption can be made.
What happens if I need to cancel my entry?
Let our host and/or our staff assisting know to update our system. The entry fee is nonrefundable
Does my client have to be present for the tattoo contest?
Yes. Artist information will not be disclosed to judges until after a winning tattoo has been selected. If artist is in multiple categories, they will not be disclosed until category has been completed for the day.
What happens if I'm late for registration?
If you arrive after registration closes, you will not be able to enter the contest. It is important to arrive 15 minutes before the contest starts to secure your spot.
What if my canvas cant make it to the contest?
Tattoo cannot be judged and fee will be forfieted.
Can a Tattoo Be partially healed/Started prior and finished at show?
Tattoo can be started elsewhere and finished here EXCEPT for best of day/best of show. Best of day/Best of show must be started and finished here.
